How We Work

Guardianship and conservatorship require more than oversight. They require structure, documentation, thoughtful decision-making, and consistent communications.

Each case is managed with organized systems designed to protect the client, maintain transparency, and meet court expectations.

Documentation Standards

Detailed records are maintained for all client activity, including:

  • Financial transactions and receipts
  • Medical decisions and care coordination
  • Placement evaluations and visits
  • Communication with family members and professionals
  • Court Reporting requirements and deadlines

Accurate documentation ensures accountability and allows clear reporting to the court at all times.

Communication with Families and Professionals

Communication is handled in a neutral, professional, and consistent manner.

Families, attorneys, care providers, and court staff receive timely responses and clear information related to the client's care and estate. When family dynamics are complex, communication remains focused on the client's best interest and court directives.

Financial Oversight

All client funds are managed with careful tracking, budgeting, and transparency.

Spending is documented, receipts are retained, and financial activity is recorded in a manner that allows straightforward reporting and review. Financial decisions are made conservatively and in alignment with the client's needs and court authority.

Placement and Care Decisions

Placement decisions are never made for convenience. They are based on:

  • Safety
  • Level of care required
  • Quality of the environment
  • Professional recommendations
  • The client's specific medical, cognitive, and personal needs

Facilities and services are evaluated carefully before recommendations are made.

Ethics and Conflict Prevention

Integrity Fiduciary Services does not accept incentives, referral fees, or benefits from facilities or service providers.

All decisions are made independently and solely in the best interest of the client.

Approach to Problem Solving

No two cases are the same. Each situation is approached with careful evaluation and thoughtful problem-solving based on the individual's needs and circumstances.

Collaboration with attorney's care providers, and professionals is welcomed to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Commitment to the Court

Court orders are followed precisely. Reports are completed thoroughly and submitted on time. Availability for questions, clarification, and emergency situations is maintained when needed.
